Basanta Thapa’s ‘Sukhi Maya’ After Mayali Success

Kathmandu: After the phenomenal success of his viral hit ‘Mayali,’ popular Nepali singer Basanta Thapa has returned with another romantic track, ‘Sukhi Maya.’ The newly released song continues his melodic collaboration with fellow artist Devi Gharti.

Released just four months ago, Mayali became a massive success, racking up over 13.8 million views on YouTube. With overwhelming support from fans and audiences worldwide, Thapa’s follow-up single, Sukhi Maya, aims to strike the same emotional chord.

Joining Thapa and Gharti on vocals are Rajan Gurung and Juna Shrees, adding depth and harmony to the heartfelt composition. The lyrics and music for Sukhi Maya are penned and composed by Basanta Thapa himself, with HBN Kismat handling the arrangement, mixing, and mastering.

The music video features the beloved on-screen duo Basanta Thapa and Laxmi Thapa Magar, rekindling their on-screen chemistry from Mayali.
