Ashok Sharma’s ‘Double Triple’ Gets New Release Date
The release date of the film ‘Double Triple,’ directed by Ashok Sharma, has been changed. The film, which was earlier scheduled to be released on the occasion of Dashain’s Phulpati, will now be released on Falgun 1, on the occasion of Valentine’s Day.
On the eve of the Nepali New Year 2082, director Sharma announced the new release date of ‘Double Triple’ in a post on the social media platform Facebook.
Director Sharma wrote in a Facebook post, “While we tried to reach an agreement to bring as many films as possible in Dashain so that the producers and friends would be safe, no one was willing to move an inch, so ‘Double Triple’ will now be released on Falgun 1, 2082.”
The film stars Dayahang Rai, Khagendra Lamichhane, Miruna Magar, Keki Adhikari, Rajaram Poudel, Uday Subba, Wilson Bikram Rai, Maotse Gurung, Buddhi Tamang, Ram Prasad Khanal and Surbir Pandit. The story and screenplay of the film have been written by director Sharma in collaboration with Rajesh Sitaula.
The film will have music by Shambhujit Baskota, dialogues by Shaan Basnyat, cinematography by Alok Shukla, action by Raju Kiranti, and dance direction by Sunil Chhetri. The film is produced by Kiran Sharma Paudyal, Kriti Sharma, and Ankit Sharma.
