Step 1: Register or Log In
Before applying for a contributor role, you must be a registered user.
Login here if you already have an account.
Create an account if you’re new to our platform.
⚠️ You won’t be able to access the submission dashboard until your contributor role is approved.
Step 2: Apply for the Contributor Role
Once you’re logged in, please fill out the Contributor Registration & Application Form.
Apply for Contributor RoleForm Fields:
- Your Name (required)
- Your Registered Email (required)
- Why do you want to become a contributor? (required — a short explanation)
Approval takes 24–48 hours.
After approval, you will get access to the Creator tab in your Dashboard.
Step 3: Access the Creator Dashboard
After approval, you’ll see a new tab named “CREATOR” in your dashboard (see image below).
From here, you can manage all your submitted posts.
Dashboard Features:
- Search your posts by title
- View post date, status, and thumbnail
- Edit, delete, or view each post
- Add new posts using the + Add New Post button
Step 4: Submit a New Post
Click the + Add New Post button to open the content submission form.
Please follow these instructions when filling the form:
Post Guidelines
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Post Title | Use 50–60 characters with your Focus Keyword included |
| Post Content | Write a full article (600–2500 words). Use Focus Keyword in the first paragraph |
| Post Excerpt | 1–2 sentence summary |
| Youtube Link | If related, paste a direct YouTube link |
| Embed Code | Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter) embed code |
| Featured Image | Upload 1 main image (max 10MB). Include Focus Keyword in alt text |
| Image Upload | Upload up to 6 gallery images (max 10MB each) |
| Category | Select the most relevant category |
| Tags | Enter comma-separated tags (e.g., music, nepali, event) |
| Focus Keyword | Add SEO keywords (e.g., nepali singer, movie gossip) |
| Meta Description | Write a summary (max 190 characters) for Google SEO |
You’ll see a Google SEO Preview and SEO checklist below the form to help improve your content visibility.
Step 5: Post Review & Publishing
After submission:
- Your post status will show as “Pending Review”
- Our editors will review and approve within 24–48 hours
- Once approved, your post will appear in your dashboard list and under the SPOTLIGHT section
Manage Your Posts Anytime
From the Creator Dashboard, you can:
- ✏️ Edit your post
- 👁 View it live
- 🗑 Delete it permanently
- Use the Search bar to find specific posts
- Click View All to browse your submissions
