‘Mohar’ First Look Poster Unveiled; Film Set to Release on Shrawan 23
Kathmandu: The makers of the Nepali film ‘Mohar’ have officially released the first look poster of the film, which is scheduled to hit theaters on Shrawan 23.
The poster features the main cast, including Paul Shah, Benisha Hamal, Niti Shah, and Arjun Jung Shahi. In the visual, Paul Shah appears with a stern expression, Benisha Hamal displays a fearful look, and Niti Shah is seen smiling—suggesting the film may explore a complex emotional narrative. Also starring in the film are Mithila Sharma, Rabindra Jha, Laxmi Giri, Miss Pabi, and child artist Sara Sharma.
Written and directed by Om Prateek, Mohar is produced by Chumban Jung Shahi under the banner of FilmMakers Pvt. Ltd. The technical team includes Dipen Basnyat as the director of photography, Kumar Maharjan for action direction, and Bhupendra Adhikari as editor.
Music for the film is composed by Suresh Adhikari and S.D. Yogi, with lyrics by Pramod Dhungana and Hark Saud. The choreography has been handled by Kabiraj Gahatraj and Ramji Lamichhane, while Giriraj Ghimire serves as the chief assistant director and Laxmanraj Poudel as the production controller.
Mohar was filmed across multiple scenic and diverse locations, including Dang, Arghakhanchi, Rolpa, Pyuthan, and Kathmandu, promising a visually rich cinematic experience.
