Kathmandu: The Nepali film industry welcomes a new cinematic journey as ‘Shivansh: Chapter 1’ is officially announced with the release of its first look. The film, under the banner of Anjan Cinema Production House, marks the directorial debut of Santosh Kumar Atreya and is set to release nationwide on Ashoj 24.

The film stars Prabin Khatiwada, Tej Giri, and Rusha Neupane in lead roles, supported by an ensemble cast including Bikas Joshi, Bimala Limbu, Pradip Kumar Chaudhary, Sabeer Churaute, Udaya Kumar Subba, and Tika Niraula.

Anjan KC, who penned the story, is also the producer of the film. He is joined by Shobha Bhandari and Anish KC Bogati as co-producers. The screenplay and chief assistant direction are handled by Barat Limbu.

Adding to the film’s creative weight, music is composed by renowned musicians Nhyoo Bajracharya and Rajan Raj Shiwakoti, with lyrics by Shiwakoti and Viplob Pratik. Vocals will be delivered by Rajan Raj Shiwakoti, Milan Newar, and Samikshya Adhikari.

The technical crew includes Milan Shrestha for fight direction, Bikram Chauhan as choreographer, and Sharad Mahato as cinematographer. Post-production will be carried out by Chalachitra Chautari, and distribution will be managed by Digital Cinema Nepal (DCN).
