The trailer of the film ‘Bhuthan,’ starring actor Hari Bansha Acharya, has been released.

The trailer of the film was released on Tuesday through the OSR Digital YouTube channel. The public trailer shows Hari Bansha Acharya as a mentally ill person who tries to return to his country but fails to do so and becomes deranged.

‘Bhuthan,’ which is titled ‘The World’s Happiest Man’ in English, stars Hari Bansha Acharya in the lead role, along with Dayahang Rai, Anuradha Majumder, Pooja Chand (Lama), Richa Ghimire, Joes Pandey, Aditi Pyakurel, Tom Crain, Bimal Subedi, and Hollywood’s world-famous actor Bruce Dern in special roles. The film is directed by Binod Paudel.

This film, which also featured some Hollywood professionals, is the first Nepali production produced under the Hollywood SAAG AFTRA. The video, which was filmed exclusively in the United States, chronicles the patriotism of Bhutanese residing in the United States, from Bhutan to India and Nepal, as well as their aspirations to leave their motherland.

The film is produced by Kirtana Baskota, Rajendra Thakurathi, Amitabh Joshi, Binod Paudel, Abeeral Thapa, and Sushank Mainali. Bikash Vito Adhikari (LN), Kaushila Khanal Karmacharya, Ramesh Bhatta, and Apar Shrestha are the executive producers. Joes Pandey, Pradeep Sharma (Badhai), Nawaraj Parajuli, Raju Paudel, and Rabeen Pokhrel are the co-producers. The co-executive producers are Bimal Subedi and Bhuvan Pyakurel.

The film features Sushan Prajapati’s cinematography, Anjay Khadka’s editing, Dikesh Khadgi Shahi’s sound, Surya Shahi’s casting, Ujjwal Shrestha’s publicity design, Bimal Subedi’s production design, and Bollywood art director Anjan Gajurel’s art direction.

In collaboration with Thakurathi Bros., Vacant Light LLC, Everest Entertainment USA, and Awaken Production, Mad Monkey Films presents the film. The release date of this film is Baisakh 12th.
